How To Pick A Jury In A Construction Case

Event Description

Deadline to Register: January 6, 2016

The trial of a construction case is often long and complex. When tried to a jury, the difficulties in explaining a complicated construction dispute are magnified. A vitally important part of the process is selection of jurors. Experienced construction trial lawyers Brenda Sauro and Thomas Radio will share their insights and experiences in selecting jurors in construction cases and offer suggestions to maximize success for the eventual outcome. Nationally known jury consultant Diane Wiley will offer her insights based upon her experience in advising lawyers in selecting jurors and her research. The audience will be invited to evaluate a mock juror panel after the attorneys have made evaluations and strikes, and then hear Ms. Wiley’s evaluations.

Lunch and registration will begin at 12:00 p.m. The program will begin at 12:15 p.m.
