The business
of practicing law can be expensive, but that is not always necessary or
practical. There is a wealth of free and low cost options to help manage and
market your practice. The challenge for many attorneys is trying to stay current
on the rapidly changing technology and how to identify what is right for your
needs. Kathleen Harrell-Latham
will discuss
many of the free or low cost options that are currently available.
This will be a practical discussion/demo on the functionality of the apps
and tools that can support the marketing, finance, operations,
and substantive resource needs of your practice.
Lunch and registration will begin at 12:00 p.m. The program will begin at 12:15 p.m.

Kathy
has been a successful attorney practicing in Minnesota and throughout the Midwest. She brings
a range of experience from complex litigation to sophisticated M&A. Prior
to joining Tower Legal’s team, she worked at law firms and companies of
all sizes directly advising on diverse legal, financial and operational issues.
After having worked in a range of capacities in the legal industry, her experience brings
a unique understanding of the business of legal services. Kathy graduated
cum laude with her JD from William Mitchell College of Law in St. Paul,
Minnesota and obtained her BA in political science and international business
from the University of Iowa.
