Food Additives: Strategies for Approval

This seminar will cover the current state of food additive regulation and the different methods for gaining approval.  David Graham will also discuss limits to FDA’s approval authority of food additives and the GRAS process.

Lunch will start at Noon followed by the CLE program from 12:15-1:15 p.m.  Special meal requests need to be received no later than Monday, January 25.
