In 2014, the Legislature adopted changes to Minnesota’s juvenile adjudication and criminal records expungement statutes.  The changes took effect on January 1, 2015.  The intent of the legislation was to provide a mechanism that allows judges to seal adjudication and conviction records held by the Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension (BCA) and other executive branch agencies. 

This is a brown bag session, no lunch will be provided.
