This program will feature a panel discussion
with top state antitrust enforcement officers. Learn about current
enforcement priorities and concerns, differences and similarities between state
and federal antitrust enforcement, cooperation and coordination with other
state and federal enforcers, and best practices in responding to state issued
CIDs and working with state enforcement agencies.
This program will be held at the Minneapolis office of
Faegre Baker Daniels (2200 Wells Fargo Center,
90 S. Seventh Street, Downtown Mpls).
Attendees should check-in at the 22nd floor and ask for the Century
Room.
Lunch will begin at Noon, followed by the
CLE program from 12:15 p.m. - 1:15 p.m. Special meal requests need to be
received no later than Monday, November 16.
