Clean Power Plan: Minnesota Impact

Deadline to Register: October 19, 2015

The final Clean Power Plan was issued August 3, 2015.  The final rule establishes guidelines for states to follow in developing and implementing their plans.  Melissa Andersen Kuskie will provide an update on the Clean Power Plan and discuss how the final rule affects Minnesota. 

Melissa is an air policy planner at the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency and leads its Clean Power Plan Stakeholder Group.  Melissa has a Bachelor of Science degree in ecology and evolutionary biology from Yale University and a Master of Environmental Management degree from the Yale School of Forestry and Environmental Studies. 

Please join us for lunch beginning at Noon, followed by the program from 12:30 – 1:30 p.m.

Box lunch will be provided.  Special meal requests need to be received no later than Friday, October 16.
