On September 11th, the Section is presenting its annual
Legislative Update. Legislative Committee Chair Dean Thomson and former
Committee Co-chair Gary Thaden will present summaries of the legislation passed
this past legislative session that will affect your practice and construction industry clients, with special emphasis on changes made to MnDOT’s DBE goals, the Responsible Contractor law and exciting legislative issues likely to come up during the 2016 session.
Lunch and registration will begin at 12:00 p.m. The program will begin at 12:15 p.m.
