to the court; the court's perspective on pretrial management of complex cases;
how to handle discovery and other pretrial disputes efficiently; tactical and
strategic consideration regarding dispositive motions and motions for class
certification; working with the court to control litigation costs; concerns of
the court about sealing information from public view; the courts perspective on
how
to most effectively present complex economic
and damages issues to a jury; judges pet
peeves about complex litigation;
and how to most effectively prepare your client for and successfully participate
in mediation with a federal judge.
