The
Food Drug & Device Law Section is pleased to welcome Rob Berlin, Senior
Policy Advisor at the U.S. Food and Drug Administration.
Mr. Berlin will discuss recent initiatives of the Food and
Drug Administration related to drug, device and tobacco regulation, including
the proposed deeming regulation for tobacco,
the Drug Supply Chain Security Act implementation and other topics of interest.
Lunch and networking will start at 11:30
a.m. The section’s annual meeting will start at Noon, followed by the CLE
program from 12:15-1:15 p.m. As part of the annual meeting, the section
will elect new officers and council members for the 2015-2016 term.
Lunch will be provided. Special meal
requests need to be received no later than Monday, May 11.
