This course will
demonstrate how to use the FinPlan Divorce Planner to calculate guideline child support and spousal maintenance. The session will also discuss analysis tools and reports within the program that can be used to present a proposed settlement to clients, courts, or opposing counsel.

Chad received a Bachelor of Arts in
Political Science from Concordia College in Moorhead, MN. He then earned
his Juris Doctor from William Mitchell College of Law. While in law
school, he clerked for three years at a general practice firm in the Twin
Cities. He opened a solo general practice firm following graduation and
practiced for several years. Chad joined Thomson Reuters in 2006 as an
Account Manager. He is currently a Product Specialist, working with both
software products such as FinPlan and DissoMaster as well as Solutions products
such as Case Notebook and Drafting Assistant.
