This CLE will focus on mediation in the bankruptcy
context. The panelists will discuss the types of bankruptcy disputes that
can be mediated, considerations for using mediation and barriers to success in
bankruptcy mediations, the applicable court rules, and practice tips for both
advocates and neutrals doing bankruptcy mediations.
A brief ADR section meeting will be held at Noon followed immediately by the
CLE presentation.
Lunch is not provided but please feel free to bring your
own!
