Before data breaches were Target's biggest digital problem, web accessibility entangled the retailer in class litigation with the National Federation of the Blind and others, ultimately resulting in a multi-million dollar settlement.  Join the Communications Law Section for a discussion of what accessibility requirements apply to any commercial or government entity's website, what tools are available to achieve compliance, and how to manage responses to accommodation requests.

The section council will meet before the CLE at 11:45.
