The "Cooperative Private Divorce" bill is being presented
in the MN legislature this session! Cooperative Private Divorce (CPD) will
offer divorcing couples a track for accomplishing their divorce that is completely outside the court. The goal is to create an administrative alternative to the traditional divorce system that supports people in making their own decisions with respect and fairness. Panelists will discuss the pros and cons of this new concept and will welcome questions and comments from the audience.
A brief section business meeting will be
held at Noon followed immediately by the CLE presentation.
Lunch is not provided but please feel free
to bring your own!
