William Mitchell College of Law Professor Peter B. Knapp will present on recent and pending appellate criminal cases involving issues of statutory construction.  A panel of experts will respond and discuss developments in the law and practice pointers for litigating statutory construction issues in criminal cases.  Lunch will be provided.

Lunch available at 11:30 a.m. The presentation will begin at 12:00 p.m.
