predictive coding—using technology, keyword search, filtering and sampling to
automate portions of discovery and document review.

Consultant at Kroll Ontrack
As a Senior Discovery Services Consultant for Kroll Ontrack,
Mr. White advises corporate and law firm clients on the utilization of
technology-assisted review processes and tools including predictive coding and
automated workflow. Mr. White has thirteen years of legal industry experience,
helping clients with solutions involving the organization, review and production
of electronically stored information (ESI), including early data assessment,
privilege and quality assurance, and methods for implementing search, sampling
and review strategies. Mr. White’s work has included support for large-scale
litigation, regulatory, multidistrict and joint defense matters, with groups
spanning the U.S., Europe, and Asia.
