ü  A Review of the Rules of Professional Responsibility tied to marketing including Competence, Scope of Representation, Diligence, Advisor, Declining Representation, Direct Contact with Prospective Clients, Pro Bono work, Trial Publicity, Membership in Services Organizations, Communications, and Advertising

ü  Step-by-step ways in which lawyers can comply with the Rules

In-depth materials that include compliance tips will accompany this program.
