Event Description

Universal Service once promised telephone service to every American. Since 2011, the FCC expanded the Universal Service program to include broadband. This CLE will discuss recent developments in the regulatory environment, including the Rural Broadband Experiments, Connect America Fund Phase II and opportunities on tribal lands.

The section council will meet before the CLE at 11:45.
