Event Description

A short time ago, in a courthouse near by.... The inherent authority of the court was severely crippled during the battle of State v. M.D.T. After the battle, the people rose up and pushed for a change in Minnesota Statute 609A, Expungements. We will review the history, and discuss the changes that will allow people around the state to expunge their records and receive a second chance.
