Join
us for a one-hour CLE that will address recent developments and trends in
commercial and distributed solar energy development in Minnesota. Our panel of
experienced legal practitioners and solar energy industry representatives will
address the incentive and barriers to solar development in Minnesota. We
will address topics such as the solar mandate, solar community gardens,
commercial distributed generation, the PUC's recent value of solar decision and
other solar development issues.
CLE
will immediately be followed by the Annual FREE
Pizza Reception for Law Student and New Attorneys interested in environmental
law.
