As
divorce attorneys know, families fight over many things. When a member of the family is
incapacitated, there is room for additional points of contention and conflict in
the family. This course will
examine situations that may arise in the practice of family law, which implicate
the application of guardianship/conservatorship law. What happens if a party to a divorce
proceeding requires a Guardian?
What if a child, who is a subject of a custody Order, requires a
Guardian? This course will examine
these and other situations, where family law and guardianship law may
intersect.
