Equipment Leasing Update

Deadline to Register:  Tuesday, November 25, 2014

An interactive presentation on recent developments in equipment leasing law, including issues associated with hell or high water clauses, assignment, mitigation of damages, evergreen clauses, vicarious liability, floating law and jurisdiction provisions and others.  This presentation will focus on recent developments in case law and will presume a basic understanding of UCC Article 2A and equipment leasing.  Bring your cell phone.

Lunch will begin at Noon, followed by the CLE program from 12:15 p.m. - 1:15 p.m.

Special meal requests need to be received no later than Tuesday, November 25.
