Day 9 will bring you a variety of programs and address various areas of
interest:
• a national speaker – Dr. Arin Reeves – discussing inclusive
leadership (EOB credit to be applied for);
• a MSBA convention favorite –
Professor Peter Knapp – reviewing Minnesota appellate cases;
• A panel of
judges moderated by Chuck Lundberg discussing gray areas in the practice of law
(ethics credit to be applied for);
• James Ring of Chu, Ring & Hazel will
provide an overview of using game theory to resolve legal conflicts;
•
Minnesota’s own Aaron Van Oort will review key decisions of the United States
Supreme Court; and
• hear from Chief Justice Lorie Gildea.
