you want to learn the basics of bankruptcy practice in Minnesota? This CLE
will cover Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcies, what debts are
dischargeable (and what debts are not), and the pros and cons of filing a
bankruptcy case. You will also learn about case administration and
the most common types of lawsuits filed in bankruptcy court.
