In 2013, the U.S.
Supreme Court issued employment decisions in Nassar and
Vance.
Speakers Sara
McGrane and Chris Jozwiak will discuss these opinions and whether they change
the legal analysis of MHRA and Title VII claims. Specific attention
will be paid to how these cases might impact discrimination and retaliation
investigations.
Registration and Breakfast will begin at 8:30am. The CLE program will be from
9:00am-10:00am.
