Newly-appointed chapter 13
trustee Gregory A. Burrell addresses the bankruptcy section with respect to the
anticipated policies and procedures of the chapter 13 trustee office under his
direction.
Gregory is a native of New
Orleans and a graduate from Southern University Law Center. After
graduating from law school he worked as counsel to a chapter 7 panel trustee and
later as staff attorney to a chapter 13 trustee. Gregory further started a
bankruptcy clinic at Southern University Law Center where he taught bankruptcy
law to students and allowed them to get practical experience handling chapter 7
cases for indigent debtors. Gregory was appointed Chapter 13 Trustee
for the District of Minnesota effective October 1, 2013.
