Event Description
Join us for seven programs that can impact your day-to-day practice. This
year’s event includes the following:
• Challenges to the Practice of Law in
2014 – an interactive session to assist you in improving your practice and
setting the stage for your future;
• This is your chance to talk about
e-filing with those in charge of the program and share your thoughts on what
works and what doesn’t;
• Hear from appellate court judges and leader lawyers
on the latest in case law;
• Learn how to find hidden assets from a former
FBI agent;
• The Legal Year in Review brings into focus and discussion the
local and global topics that have hit at the heart of diversity and inclusion
over the past year (EOB credit to be applied for);
• Get an update from the
chief judge on changes within your judicial district; and
• Learn about the
good and bad of delegating authority through Powers of Attorney, Health Care
Directives and other avenues.
