Proceedings
before the Public Utilities Commission often involve the presentation of
technical, financial, and other highly complex evidence. At this CLE, an experienced panel with a
variety of perspectives will share their insights on strategies for presenting
such evidence effectively and persuasively. P anelists include former Public Utilities Commissioner and
former Administrative Law Judge Phyllis Reha, former Department of Commerce
Assistant Commissioner Dennis Ahlers and Richard Johnson of Moss & Barnett. The
discussion will be moderated by Administrative Law Judge Jeanne
Cochran.
