IP Valuation and Transfer Pricing in Today’s Global Economy

The course will begin with an overview in transfer pricing and global intangible property (IP).  We will then discuss several case studies involving IP, including licensing, cost sharing and buy-ins. The case studies will highlight recent controversies and tax court decisions.  The course will conclude with a discussion on how multinationals should do to manage their global IP and related tax / transfer pricing risks and planning.
