EEOC Update

This session will feature an update on the recent Mach Mining Decision; and the EEOC's Strategic Enforcement Plan issues including:

   Eliminating Barriers in Recruitment and Hiring

  Protecting Immigrant, Migrant and Other Vulnerable Workers

  Enforcing Equal Pay Laws; and 

  Preserving Access to the Legal System

Registration will begin at 11:30am.  The program will begin at 12:00pm.

This is a brown bag session.  Feel free to bring your own lunch.  Dessert and beverages will be provided.
