us on Wednesday, February 19, for a presentation about the must-buy provision
within the Public Utilities Regulatory Policies Act (PURPA) by Ingrid
Bjorklund. PURPA was adopted in
1978 to open the door to competition and promote renewable energy. Ingrid will provide an update and
address challenges the must-buy provision poses in today’s
landscape.

p.m.

Ingrid
Bjorklund has over ten years of experience in energy policy and regulation. Currently, Ingrid is an Enforcement
Attorney for the Midwest Reliability Organization and Adjunct Professor of
Energy Law at William Mitchell College of Law.
