Event Description
Appellate oral argument is a special challenge. You have three or more
judges facing you, different ground rules and limited time. Karen will
give tips for preparing and delivering your next oral argument. As a
special bonus, a preview of changes to the appellate rules that are on the
horizon will be given.
A copy of "Point Made" by Ross Guberman will be given
away. Ross Goberman - an expert on legal writing - will be speaking
at the Appellate Practice Institute on March 14.
