Deadline
to Register: Tuesday, January 14,
2014
Please
join your Health Law Section colleagues for our annual discussion of state
health care related issues in the upcoming legislative
session.
Our
panelists bring a breadth of experience in government relations, having
represented a variety of provider and payor entities. The discussion will
provide an analysis of the forthcoming legislative debate concerning delivery
and payment of health care in Minnesota. Topics to be discussed will include the
status of MNSure and potential legislative efforts to modify the insurance
exchanges, along with the current and future state of the Medical Assistance
program.
This
CLE discussion will help you stay abreast of and respond knowledgeably to
developments as they occur during the session. With key provisions of the
Affordable Care Act now fully implemented, health care is sure to be a hot topic
in the fall elections. The 2014 legislative session will certainly be intriguing
and will likely affect your clients and your practice.
