Pretrial Practice in Criminal Court - How to Get Your Case Dismissed Before Trial

Event Description


Criminal defense lawyers Kevin Sieben and Sam Edmunds will discuss pretrial litigation in Minnesota's criminal courts. Topics will include pretrial procedure and various evidentiary and Constitutional challenges that can be raised pretrial in an effort to get a case or a particular charge dismissed. Kevin and Sam will offer examples of specific cases that each has managed to have dismissed pretrial during their years of practice.
