the Criminal Law Section as we explore civil consequences of your criminal
case. We will discuss items such as
firearms, licenses, expungements, and forfeiture. We will also review some basic
pitfalls of plea agreements, the creation of a record, and will discuss how to
interact with licensed facilities and DHS regarding the oversight of licensed
professionals.
