The MSBA Construction Law Section is pleased to host this seminar to train construction lawyers and construction industry leaders on how to successfully employ early mediation as an effective method of resolving complex construction disputes quickly, fairly, and more cost effectively than litigation or arbitration.  Our featured speakers are Randy Hafer, of Kilpatrick Townsend’s Atlanta office, and Mark Becker, of Fabyanske, Westra, Hart & Thomson.  Mr. Hafer and Mr. Becker are nationally recognized construction lawyers and are leaders in the field of early mediation, particularly in multi-party disputes involving high stakes.  Members of construction industry groups including the Minnesota Construction Association, Associated General Contractors of Minnesota, American Institute of Architects, and other industry groups have been invited to join us for this important program.  Join us for what promises to be an entertaining and thought-provoking discussion followed by networking at one of Minnesota’s premier venues.
