In recent years, news headlines have been marked by alarming examples where safe and sufficient water has been affected by failures in infrastructure, chemical spills into water supplies, degrading water quality in water sources, and land-use issues. Could these threats occur in Minnesota? Join us for a panel discussion that will examines the legal basis for protecting water supplies, the Minnesota Department of Health’s role in protecting water supplies and challenges for water utilities.
