The Appellate Practice Section of the Minnesota State Bar Association is
holding a training CLE for attorneys and law students interested in
participating in its public defender pro bono program. The program will
cover details of differences in criminal appeals v. civil appeals, issue
spotting, and serving the clients. Anyone interested in participating in
this program needs to participate in this training. A panel of judges will
be speaking over the lunch hour.
We will conclude with an opportunity for
participants to ask questions.
