The program will provide practical drafting tips for construction
attorneys who are asked to review and revise construction and design contracts.
The program will also identify issues that construction lawyers should
identify for their clients when reviewing construction and design
contracts.
Lunch and registration will begin at 11:45 a.m. The
program will begin at 12:00 p.m.
Presenter:
B.J. Nodzon is a partner
in the construction practice group at Faegre Baker Daniels LLP. B.J.
regularly drafts and negotiates construction, design, automation, and supply
chain contracts. He has provided strategic counsel and drafting advice on
significant projects throughout the country, including a $2.1 billion
transmission line project spanning four states; a $550 million hospital project
in North Dakota, and $100 million food processing facility in Georgia. He
also helps clients resolve disputes as they arise.
