Vicarious Immunity, Third Party Claims, and Government Consultants

State, county, and local governments often hire consultants to provide engineering or other professional services. Vicarious immunity may extend to consultants in claims against the government. The panel will explore strategies and opportunities for governments and consultants, how to manage risk, and how liability may affect business practices.

Lunch and registration will begin at 12:00 p.m. The program will begin at 12:15 p.m.
