Topics will include price maintenance, minimum advertised price policies, abuse of dominance, price discrimination, exclusivity agreements, most favored nation pricing agreements, predatory pricing and monopsony power (legal restraints on retailer’s conduct against their suppliers).  Shawn will concentrate on helping you identify the issues that might create problems and practical advice to deal with those issues.
