Broadband has become ubiquitous in American life. The data users generate has become a valuable commodity. Both the FTC and the FCC have tackled the regulation of this information. Ms. Berkland and Ms. Heim will discuss the rapidly evolving broadband privacy landscape, including the regulatory environment and recent legislative actions.
