hear tips and tricks to help strengthen and develop your negotiation
techniques.
Annamarie Daley of
Jones Day and
Jack Van de North of Larson King (formerly Ramsey County District Court
Judge) will answer questions and share war stories about successful, and not so successful, negotiations. This is also a great opportunity to learn how mediation, direct negotiation, and arbitration play out in practice from two well-respected members of the bar. Co-sponsored by the MSBA Civil Litigation Section.

with round table discussion will follow the CLE at 5:30 pm.
