Mobile Moola and Digital Gold: Update on Mobile Payments and Virtual Currency

Event Description

New mobile payment technologies seem to launch every day.  Whether your clients are considering use of digital wallet mobile apps or other contactless payment systems, the regulatory environment is complex and rapidly evolving.  What is the law in connection with BITCOINS, online point systems and other virtual currencies?  We will discuss the latest technologies (including a preview of payment options with Google Glass) and highlight the legal and regulatory compliance issues raised by the financial world moving from ten-spots to one tap.
