Minnesota’s
insurance exchange – MNsure - began operation on October 1. This CLE
program will bring together major stakeholders involved in the operation of
MNsure for a candid and frank conversation about how the first 50 days of
operation have gone, and what the legal implications have been – or will be – as
MNsure approaches January 1, 2014, the date by which consumers who have
enrolled through MNsure are to begin receiving insurance coverage.
We
have an outstanding faculty for this program. Attendees will gain insight into
the things that have gone well- and not so well - in the first 50 days of
MNsure’s operation. The program begins with our six-member panel providing
a short overview of MNsure operations and issues, followed by the panel
addressing questions from CLE attendees.
