of Minnesota Professor Prentiss Cox is Minnesota’s sole representative on the
Consumer Financial Protection Bureau Advisory Board. Professor Cox will discuss recent rule-making and enforcement
developments at the CFPB, and share his observations regarding the CFPB and
public actions taken by the agency.
Lunch
will begin at Noon, followed by the CLE program from 12:15 p.m. - 1:15
p.m.
