Mr. Thomson and Mr. Thaden are past Chairs of the Construction Law Section
and they are the long-standing Co-Chairs of the Construction Law Section's
Legislative Subcommittee. They will discuss anticipated legislation for
the 2014 legislative session. At the end of the October 18th meeting, they
will ask for authority from the Construction Law Section to support proposed
legislation for the upcoming 2014 Legislative Session.
* Please note that this CLE date is a week later than the traditional
"second-Friday" Construction Law CLE date.
