the Criminal Law Section for an update on McNeely and Brooks and how they are
applied in Minnesota in both criminal and civil cases. We will cover the factual background of
the Brooks case as well as the questions and arguments from the September 11,
2013 Supreme Court oral arguments.
We will also discuss what is happening in Minnesota and around the
country with respects to McNeely and how this could affect your case.
Immediately after the CLE, the Criminal Law Section will hold its Annual
