us for our panel discussion on antitrust aspects of pricing issues, including
RPM, MAP, and promotions. We will also discuss the Seventh Circuit’s
talked-about decision in Woodman’s Food Market v. Clorox Co., and when the
Robinson-Patman Act really affects your business. Our panel will provide
both in-house and outside counsel’s perspective on these issues.
