psychiatric diagnoses and functional impairments important to Social Security
mental disability claims!
Linda
Berberoglu, J.D., Ph.D., ABPP, LP and Board Certified in Forensic Psychology
will be our guest speaker. She works as an independent contractor for the Social
Security Administration reviewing claims at the initial and reconsideration
levels and for CDRs.
Dr. Berberoglu
will discuss the process behind the scenes and how evidence gets to her, the
guidelines she relies on in reviewing claims, and the information she thinks is
most relevant for mental health claims. Ample question and answer time will be
allotted. If you have questions you want Dr. Berberoglu to consider as part of
your presentation, please ask them now and they will be passed
along.
