Julia is a shareholder
at Lapp, Libra, Thomson, Stoebner & Pusch, Chtd. and practices in the areas of bankruptcy
and financial reorganization. She is a member of the Panel of Private Bankruptcy Trustees
for the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Minnesota. Julia is a
1984 graduate of the University of Minnesota Law School.
Mary Jo Jensen-Carter, Buckley & Jensen
Jo is a principal at Buckley
& Jensen in White Bear Lake and is a highly experienced bankruptcy attorney
practicing in the areas of consumer bankruptcy, workouts and debt
restructuring. She has served as a Chapter 7 panel trustee since
1998. Jo is a 1987 graduate of William Mitchell College of Law.
Patti Sullivan, Sullivan Law Firm, P.A
Patti is a principal at Sullivan
Law Firm, P.A. in St. Paul and practices in the areas of consumer bankruptcy,
creditors rights, and estate planning. She has served as a Chapter 7 panel
trustee since 1998 and as an attorney for a Chapter 13 trustee since 2004. Patti
is a conciliation court referee in Ramsey County. She us a 1985 graduate of
Hamline University School of Law, and was the recipient of the Raeder Larson
Public Service Award in 2001 and 2016.
